We are looking for Senior Social Game Designers (or junior designers who eventually hope to be senior) to support development on a range of games and game concepts across mobile (iPhone/iPad/Android) and browser game platforms. The ideal candidate will have a broad general understanding of software development as well as direct experience with a social game development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Game design lead and concepts for new free-to-play multiplayer game titles
- Work with art and technology teams to ensure game designs are viable and cost effective
- Lead a team from concept through to launch and beyond
Key Skills:
- Experience with game balancing, storytelling, flow diagramming, and UI design
- Strong understanding of social game mechanics and virtual item micro payments
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, iterative & collaborative team environment
- Experience with Unity platform for desktop/web/mobile
