Associate Producer

Roadhouse Interactive is looking for an experienced and driven Associate Producer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, the Associate Producer will lead and drive the development of our projects through completion and release, as well as manage live products and post-launch feature development.


  • As a member of the development team, partner with the Game Director, Programmers, Artists and QA to drive feature, milestone and project completion
  • Own the scrum collateral: user stories, backlog, etc.
  • Evaluate and track progress as the project develops
  • Ensure our processes for development are agile and support rapid changes and improvements
  • Contribute to the product vision
  • Contribute to the product’s market positioning and monetization plans
  • Analyze and report live product metrics and drive the team to improve key performance indicators
  • Research and keep up with mobile, social and free-to-play game market trends, patterns and best practices
  • Champion these best practices throughout the studio
  • Produce marketing materials for our games and studio

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, including producing multiple mobile game projects that have been developed through to launch and live operations
  • Natural team leader who can inspire others to work together and stay focused on the common goal
  • Excellent analytical, technical and project management skills
  • Expertise in scheduling approaches and productivity software, including JIRA and Google Docs
  • Passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of emerging mobile games
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills across multiple audiences
  • Ability to interact professionally with all team members across the organization
  • Resourceful, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Deliver and receive performance feedback in a mature manner
