Roadhouse Interactive Ltd is looking for a games monetization expert to join our studio. In this new role, the ideal candidate will take the lead in planning, modelling and monitoring the economic performance of our games. He or she will be the link between business intelligence, product management and product marketing.
Our Games Monetization Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing the monetization strategy of our games to maximize revenue through all of our distribution channels. He or she will setup KPI-based modeling, tracking and reporting systems, and will need to balance their efforts appropriately between trend spotting, forecasting, monitoring and analyzing performance.

EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree, with a specialization in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or the equivalent degree in analytical and statistical fields.
- 2 – 5 years of proven mobile/social game monetization experience
- Expertise in KPI development, measurement and analysis for mobile and online games
SKILLS
- Expertise in data analysis and model building using Excel
- An obsessive attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects through to completion
- Savvy computer skills across the regular suite of software tools
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to interact professionally with team members
- Passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of emerging mobile games
- Familiarity with international online markets is a plus
